Victoria co-founded TDP Marketing at the beginning of the century (well, in 2001 anyway) after working on the data development of a call centre business. Her mission is to communicate the message that TDP Marketing is here to help your company better understand data-marketing and how to make the most of our services. Senior Data Consultant
With a wealth of sales experience across retail, B2B and recruitment sectors, Steve’s keen and not afraid to make canvassing calls as well as closing deals at director, face to face level. Currently charged with selling second use data and providing data-driven marketing information to businesses across the UK, we expect big things of him.
Away from work, general bloke interests prevail: largely but not restricted to football, golf, horse racing, formula one, music, travel… In secret many of the men in the office want to have the amount of leisure time, that Steve apparently enjoys.
Senior Data Consultant
Sajeel joined TDP Marketing not long after graduating University in 2013, after working in relevant management roles and having completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, he’s added a wealth of marketing and sound business knowledge to our team.
Saj is now a Senior Data Consultant, managing some key accounts across diverse sectors including business acceleration and directing direct mail and digital marketing campaigns – putting into practice his B2B and B2C sector knowledge and direct marketing solutions. Business analysis and deep brand insight for potential matches with your services, are pivotal to providing good strategic account management. He works closely with the marketing team to help you communicate to clients, build relationships and identify well-matched opportunities and convert them into transactional clients.
In his free time Saj spends his time keeping fit and perfecting the game of snooker, though it may be a while till we see him at the Crucible…
Head of Production
Ben joined us in June 2011 having previously done voluntary work for the Metropolitan Police force. Ben is currently charged with managing the production team and delivering all data outputs, administering the databases and providing IT support for the entire company.
He is very capable data engineer and is one of the most valued members of the team, he deals with ranging from 3rd party off the shelf data requests through to building complex, trading and data execution orders. Ben maintains a deep understanding of services required to keep the business operational.
Ben’s one of the more active employees at TDP, being an active runner who regularly takes part (get’s roped in) to various events, both for charity and voluntarily, he recently ran the Marathon for MND Association and also cycles far more than is normal!
Lucy joined the company in 2015, bringing 7 years’ combined experience in management and B2B & B2C sales from a company ranked in The Times Top 10 Graduate Schemes. Account management and strategic planning have always been Lucy’s forte, and true to form – she has developed some very strong accounts with large data buyers and marketing clients. Lucy excels at data planning and campaign strategy, being a firm advocate of multi-channel marketing – her energy and experience are a great asset to have within our team.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the office, the recently married Mrs Douglas-Hughes is a self-confessed cricket widow – but secretly enjoys sitting in the sun all day with a pint in hand and clapping occasionally!
New Business & Client Partnerships
With an impressive track-record of performance and sales delivery from her previous positions at Archant in East Anglia, for 19 years and more recently at GFM in Essex. Donna’s role at TDP Marketing is set to expand our brand awareness locally, assisting dynamic companies who want to expand their reach with the help of her deep sector knowledge.
She has equally matched sales and interpersonal skills, with broad experience of contact centre management and outsourcing media campaigns. With broad technical knowledge of newspaper advertising, events and exhibitions, digital revenue or the creation of new platforms both in print and online, Donna is a key sales person in our strategic data business.
Whilst not poring over media stats, reading the papers and being the go to contact for business data, Donna enjoys an active, healthy life in Suffolk and is a keen sportswoman. Just don’t mention boxing!
SQL – is a database language that’s a special-purpose programming script designed for managing data held in a relational database management system, and young James is fluent in it! He joined The Data Partnership as a Post-Graduate from the University of East Anglia in 2014. With a Bsc in Computing Science, James is fully equipped data scientist and works behind the scenes at TDP Marketing to support database production and the IT team with data outputs and SQL administration. Hugely clever and thoughtful, he is the epitome of modern data engineers, confident and deeply geeky and a bit cool too.
A huge lover of football outside of theoffice, and when he’s not playing, you’ll often find him at Upton Park supporting the Hammers (and occasionally others supporters join him there too!)
Marketing & Creative Lead
Responsible for communications and marketing at TDP Direct Marketing, Matt oversees the on and off-line marketing assets the company produces for its customers. With a mixed marketing background of experience in commercial data and publishing and trade shows, brand and channel management in FMCG and luxury goods, he is responsible for managing effective end-to-end client campaigns.
TDP have decades of experience of identifying, planning and implementing successful marketing campaigns, across print and digital mediums, broad subscription marketing experience. Lead gen marketing experience covering: email marketing, PPC, site analytics, pushing attractive editorial content, web design ideas. We also have a strong understanding of SEO, ability to create and manage PPC campaigns, and to leverage social channels.

Head of Finance & Compliance
With a steely eye for figures, microscopic attention to detail and an occasionally a stern tone, Carly manages the smooth operation of all things involving finance here at TDP Marketing.
She is responsible for payments, invoicing, sales ledgers, compliance administration and payroll. An important power-broker in our operation, and at weekends she’s a busy mum of teenagers who enjoys nothing more than ferrying her children about in the car to their hearts’ desire.
